End of Lease Cleaning

This project included a thorough cleaning of the property for lease handover. The kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms were deep cleaned. Cabinets, appliances, floors, and windows were meticulously addressed, leaving the property spotless and ready for new tenants.

Kitchen:

• Cleaned inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers
• Deep cleaned oven, stovetop, and range hood
• Wiped down countertops and sink
• Cleaned refrigerator interior and exterior
• Washed dishwasher and cleaned filter
• Mopped floors

Bathrooms:

• Scrubbed toilets, sinks, and tubs
• Cleaned mirrors and light fixtures
• Wiped down vanity tops and cabinets
• Cleaned shower stalls and doors
• Mopped floors

Living Areas:

• Vacuumed carpets and rugs
• Dusted all surfaces, including furniture, baseboards, and light fixtures
• Wiped down walls and doors
• Cleaned windows and window tracks
• Cleaned walls

Bedrooms:

• Vacuumed carpets and floors
• Dusted furniture and light fixtures
• Wiped down doors and baseboards
• Cleaned carpet
• Cleaned mirrors
• Cleaned walls

Windows:

• Cleaned inside and outside of all windows and glass
